STRENGTH

In 4 week programmed blocks, we pick 3-4 exercises to focus on per session, of which you will undoubtedly get stronger and improve your overall strength, avoiding plateaus and keeping you motivated.
Strength training is vital for everyone to rehab/prevent injuries, improve overall body strength and live a healthier lifestyle.
This class is accessible to all fitness levels and easily scalable.
ENGINE
EVERY WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY
30 - 45 MINUTES
A 30-45 minute bout of cardio including a mix of aerobic and anarobic endurance sessions. Build your bodies engine to work harder for longer by increasing your fitness and overall work capacity.
This class is easily scalable and accessible to all fitness levels.
HYROX
SATURDAY
60 MINUTE SESSION
Prepare yourself for your first or current race with our Hyrox class! Focusing on movements seen in the Hyrox race, we aim to strength and improve you’re technique and fitness levels.
High energy and breath taking, you will work in pairs to complete the prescribed workout provided by our top tier coaches.
This class is accessible to anyone of any fitness level.
OPEN GYM
MONDAY - saturday
60 MINUTE SESSION
Open gym is for those people who are happy to train outside of the class environment. Working on their own individual programmes specific to their goals. It is a great way to get a workout in if you can’t get to one of the classes or prefer to train solo.
This is only available during the hours listed (check timetable above for times) and must be pre booked below. Please state your name and time you wish to book, then await a response. Please book 24 hrs+ in advance.
