Our signature class, working in a friendly, motivating environment, you will aim to work through a variety of workouts mixing modified strongman exercises, blistering cardio bouts and functional bodyweight exercises.

YARDFIT


Our functional bodybuilding class combines a mixture of weights in a reps and sets scheme to craft, tone and build your physique.

functional BODYBUILDING


In 4 week programmed blocks, we pick 3-4 exercises to focus on per session, of which you will undoubtedly get stronger and improve your overall strength, avoiding plateaus and keeping you motivated.

Strength training is vital for everyone to rehab/prevent injuries, improve overall body strength and live a healthier lifestyle.

This class is accessible to all fitness levels and easily scalable.

STRENGTH TRAINING


CARDIO CLASS

A 45 minute bout of cardio including a mix of aerobic and anarobic endurance sessions. Build your bodies engine to work harder for longer by increasing your fitness and overall work capacity.

This class is easily scalable and accessible to all fitness levels.

SMALL GROUP PT SESSIONS

Small group PT allows each member to receive more specific attention with one of our trainers, in a small group format while still reaping the benefits of personal training. You will improve form, technique and strength as these are all the main focuses of this session, thoughtfully programmed by our experienced coaches.

This class is accessible to anyone of any fitness level.

OPEN GYM

Open gym is for those people who are happy to train outside of the class environment. Working on their own individual programmes specific to their goals. It is a great way to get a workout in if you can’t get to one of the classes or prefer to train solo.

This is only available during the hours listed (check timetable above for times) and must be pre booked below. Please state your name and time you wish to book, then await a response. Please book 24 hrs+ in advance.
